Will countries like USA, UK and China have the first right on corona vaccine?
The University of Oxford in the United Kingdom has had great success in developing a vaccine for the corona virus.  This university vaccine has been found to be safe for humans.

However, this is an early trend.  It remains to be tried on more people.  The university found during a human trial that the vaccine developed corona virus immunity in people.

The result of the vaccine being tested during phase two in China has come to light on Monday.  According to a report in The Lancet, China has also found positive trends.
A week ago, similar news came from USA.  The vaccine, developed jointly by the National Institutes of Health and Moderna Inc. in the United States, has been shown to benefit people's immune systems in early trials, as scientists had hoped.  Trials for the next phase of this vaccine are still pending.

There are currently 23 clinical trials of the corona virus vaccine worldwide.  Institutions allow mass use based on the results of a successful test of any vaccine and then take responsibility for mass production and distribution.

Attacks on Sikhs and Hindus in Afghanistan have increased in recent years and their numbers have declined sharply.  Sikhs and Hindus are very small minority communities in Afghanistan.

The Indian Ministry of External Affairs has now stated that "India has decided to provide assistance to the Hindu and Sikh communities in Afghanistan who feel threatened by its security in returning to India."

The ministry said in a statement that it was "deeply concerned" that extremists were targeting and persecuting the minority community in Afghanistan with the help of external support.

In March this year, a gurdwara in Kabul was attacked by extremists, killing at least 25 people.  Islamic State claimed responsibility for the attack.  Even two years ago, Sikhs in Afghanistan were attacked by Islamic State, in which 19 people were killed.
